You do some really nice work & it's a pleasure watching you work that steel.........you deserve 100,000 subscribers.........Take care!

Congrats. You deserve this and much more. My prayers for your dad and your entire family during this troubling time.
I'd like to see you make an old Bowie, myself. I'm not a "Big knife" guy, but I like watching someone else make one.
I do my blade making by stock removal. My health will no longer let me swing a hammer or run a forge, so that's how I do it, but I use your videos for design inspiration.
Stay safe and healthy my friend.
    God bless:
    Dave

I really like those videos, I like those knives. I like to see you make a style of a primitive bowie knife with a 4 inch blade& 4 inch handle or a railroad spike tomahawk or knife. Prayers for your Dad

Nice to see you hit the 1000 subscribers. I'm sure you will get a lot more , As for a future video , I know this might not be easy, maybe you could touch on your hammer and planishing techniques.

congratulations on 1K...that's cool. What a great looking knife... it really does show how real working knives were made 100 years ago, and it will last even longer than that...

Yes sir got to love the old ways and traditional methods. It’s a lot of work but the end result is a tool that will last several lifetimes. Thank you Bruce!

Hope your dad is doing better. I am so sorry to hear about him not doing well. Love your work. I’d like to see a tour of your setup, it would give me ideas for my own. Also those elk antlers are awesome! Any tips on how to get your hands on a good quality anvil? Can’t find one below $600.

Thank you! Dad is doing a lot better now. He has made a lot of progress since his release from the hospital. I will try to get a couple videos out soon. Those antlers were given to me by a feller so I could use them for knife handles but I couldn’t bring myself to cut them lol! Just keep looking for that anvil I have found some at flea markets but most of the time they want an arm and a leg for them

Maybe you can do a little bit about the coal and what you do to keep your fire going. I seem to be having trouble. Not having the right coal? My old forge is similar to yours smaller blower
