Ingredients & Process
200 gms dates
soak in cold water for 15 minutes
30 gms almonds
40 gms rolled oats
30 gms desiccated coconut
stirring continuously roast on low flame for 2 minutes
1 tsp instant coffee
1 tbsp water
mix
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 pinch of salt
grind in a blender
deseed & cut the dates
grind
you can shape the candies into balls or place them in a mould
refrigerate the dessert for 15 minutes
150 gms dark chocolate (melted)
1 tbsp vegetable oil
mix
dip the candies in chocolate
place the dessert in the refrigerator for 15 minutes
use paper shapes (optional)
