there's another short sword there that doesnt look like much, just has a bleed modifier but if you do an upgrade at the blacksmit it gets a free holy modifier
something in the video i wanted to mention for strength/agility builds that you can miss pretty easily are the bloody hatchet and enhanced bloody hatchet. the first has a c/c scaling and requires 8/8 in both stats dealing a base 115 thrown damage to enemies, this can 3 tap most common mobs but isn't useful against larger mobs. the latter however has a b/b scaling for a10/10 requirement and a base 287 damage which one taps any common mob and can three tap heavy mobs, plus you only need to buy ammo pouches if you run out making them a very useful traversal tool for avoiding mob engagements altogether. the first can be found at pilgrims perch around the chabui vestige, it's hidden outside on the dock area, go back out towards the stairway on the left, go underneath the stairs and break the boxes to reveal the item (going form memory for this so if its wrong please tell me). the second one is found after the resonance of tenacity bossfight, just go out on the balcony to the left its right next to the little shack on the outer edge.
Another good one: the enhanced lump hammer. Literally does like almost 700 damage per hit for me with strength and agility scaling and the points I have put into them.
Happy to say I found most of these without a guide. Annoyed to say I spent way too much time in the late game area exploring enemies and killed that boss without a cheese before saying F it and went back to the main progression.

Pro tip : after I killed all the minions guarding the Umbral shield in the Boss area, suddenly the BIG GUY froze up. Don't know if it's a bug, or it's scripted. But the fight suddenly become so much easier. Thx again Man!
I did a Radiant caster playthrough and beat the game ! Started a fire caster build and man its like 6x harded now ! Doesnt help i suck natural at games !
The matchmaking is broken I swear cause I was a lvl 24 preacher then I joined a random hallow knight that was lvl 60. I froze so I dashboard I log back in second later and I have the same exact attribute as a hallowed knight lvl 60 hope I don’t get banned
Is the Pilgrims Perch cheese patched already? I am in the boss fight and whenever he receives damage from falling it doesn’t actually remove any from his health bar
Yup there was 2 of them, one attached right away and another in the circular area he spawned in. You should probably put that as a pinned comment for others who have the same issue as I did. Also he has a large AOE attack that can one hit you but he televises it quiet a bit before doing so and should have time to escape it.
Are you guys telling me, as youtubers with early access you haven't noticed that the boss weapon currency vendor is bugged and DELETES your umbral scouring????? I LOST 14! This kills save files, no one talks about this.

And these are definitely not "missable". Missable in a souls game means "permanetly lost because you screwed up a quest" or something. Early to these guys means after you have beaten 3/4 of the game and managed to beat most of the hardest bosses and don’t need the weapon anyway.
The key is 18k, insane amount of grinding they want, a sign of poor design

@@AllMyiceno issues here. I not only had 0 difficulty using this strat on the boss, I also used it for some of the spiked cage heads in the area.
