What you mean to say he would go on to live as a legend of the sport and so therefore you and others are putting him as the GOAT, but if hes retired than his time as a participant is over regardless of anyone being labelled as a GOAT of any sport. Ali did not dominate the 90s for example as he retired but he continues to lives long in the eyes of many and is seen as the GOAT.

0:48 The very best of Deontay Wilder.
Haye was a brilliant fighter. Pushed himself beyond his natural ability and comfort zone. He didn't need to move up
That was all mental with Haye. He wanted to be one of the big boys but didn't have the body type. He was a fantastic cruiserweight, though.
BLTV the type of dude to greet people with a left hook fist bump
I love how the tony ferguson kind of guy quotes invaded boxing channels
Great stuff - thanks! How about Wladimir's rumored knockdown of Wilder in sparring, and GGG's rumored knockdown of Kovalev? Also, any interesting Ali/Holmes or Liston/Foreman stories? Thanks again!
Fun to see Wilder when he still had confidence in himself, especially after last weekend when Fury turned him into a has-been
Has been 😂 Wilder still the second best heavyweight of there. He only loss to one guy.
@@clayjohnson5812 he'll never be on top his a-game ever again. The man has been broken mentally, that does major damage. And he's 35, i doubt he will find the power to get back on top. He's #2 now, but let's see what happens at his next fight.
@@patrickspapens5497That broken shut you saying is bullshit You sound just like a causal.Wilder came back for a third with Fury after getting his ass whoop by him and fought him better than the last two fights The man knock Fury down twice in the last fight. He still got some good fights in him.
@@clayjohnson5812 i'm not saying that he hasn't got a few fights in him. Takes heart to come back to get your ass handed to you a second time after being defeated. But wilder was wobbling all over the place after round seven, if he is smart he should focus on actual boxing and defending instead of hoping the right hand will connect sometime before gassing out. His normal gameplan didn't work. Fury is another kind of boxer and that broke him mentally. So yes, he will have a few other good fights but no, he will not become champion ever again. Too much young blood smelling victory now they know how to dismantle him. He's done. Had a good run, but finished. And calling me a "casual" doesn't make you an expert or anything 🤡

That one is the iconic one of its day and a good springboard to Spedafora as a character as well.
