Easy Oven Grilled Whole Fish | Roasted Branzino Recipe

- Roasting a whole fish in the oven could be intimidating. Today, I am showing you how to roast Branzino in the oven. Join me to learn how to roast a perfect golden brown fish every time.
The same technique can be used to roast any fish in the oven.

Ingredients
2- 1lb Whole Branzino
6 Cloves of garlic (whole)
6 Lemon slices
6 Parsley sprigs
Salt and pepper
283g Grape tomatoes
3 tbsp Olive oil
6- 12” twine strings
Olive & Sun-Dried Tomato Garnish
1 tbsp Unsalted butter
6 Cloves of garlic (minced)
4 Parsley sprigs (minced)
4 oz Jubilee olives (pitted)
102 g Sun-Dried Tomatoes (chopped)

Hi! Sorry for this question but what’s the point of having tomatoes bake under the fish??
Hello! Good question 😊 I wanted to bake the tomatoes and fish all together inside of using an extra pan. I place use the rack as a separate so the heat distribute evenly.
I have eaten this fish before its a great flavor fish just too many bones

Can this be done with any other fish?
For grilling I suggest using a firm type of fish for example branzino, swordfish, halibut, Mahi Mahi, mackerel, salmon.
What knife r u using?
It's an old henkel knife. They make way better models now.

Hello! It's best to use fresh fish but of its not available, defrost a frozen fish. Wash the fish and pat completely dry. This helps to make the fish skin crispy. Brush with olive oil, add seasonings and stuff with herbs. Place it oven and bake for about 15 - 20 minutes. The fish temperature should reach 145 degrees and it's done! Enjoy!
