Early Shoulder Mobility: doorframe shoulder flexion, pec stretch, and external rotation 90-90

  • Start by walking your hands up the doorframe, step forward so the front of your chest is open and in line with the doorframe. Your elbow should be bent, palm flat on the doorframe (90-90 position).
    Keep your elbow on the doorway, lift your hand off the surface x5 reps.
    Lower your hand down.
    Rest. Repeat x10.
