I love how when SY felt confident about her looks, everybody started seeing her as a pretty girl. Also the lyrics are so camp and relatable cause both Ariana and Kim are beautiful, one being cute and the other being sexy. SY wants to be both since the MV is in her head (she is hallucinating). Confidence is beauty. I love how this is camp and more uplifting than allergy (I love allergy but it made me cry so much cause I relate to the lyrics), this song is so refreshing and doesn't take iself too seriously yet it still does. I love it!!

I've been a Neverland since their debut era, and I've always been shouting theyé exactly what the K-POP industry needed for so long having been around the fandom since late 2010 myself. As an advocate for natural beauty, and very much anti-plastic surgery this album is so god damn reltable, important and exactly why I hate the plastic surgery industry (other then how dangerous so many procedures are, like, its objectively unhealthier then a smoking addiction yet it's treated like its less bad).

@@useless_wooden_boy5544 Not really. She looks mostly the same since pre-debut. People talk about things like her nose and chin, just like Minnie, but I don't exactly agree as none of the photos people ever showed was a good picture comparing their old vs new faces, and having cleft chin that's not overtly pronounced I can say certain angles do make my chin look smoother and there are still recent pictures from Minnie were I feel like I can spot the tiniest dent so I don't put much value in the accusations towards these two's chins and noses. The only thing about Soyeon that looks questionable are her lips, but then there are also photos in which it looks more natural so either she has chosen for one of those temporary lip fillers that are supposed to dissolve naturally, or she was trying to emulate the big lips on Instagram with a shit ton of layers of make-up.
Yuqi, Shuhua and Miyeon are all natural themselves too. Like, I am not going to include Miyeon for the rumors she did a minor tweak around her eyelids, because looking into the whole double eye lid vs monolid thing, I have came across stories very similar to how in certain western countries people get bullied for dumbo ears- which is one of the rare cosmetic procedures children are allowed to have in some countries BECAUSE of the intense bullying. If that's what K-POP idols with monolids are subjected to, then this is the one procedure I can understand and accept because I do think there's a difference between someone taking procedures because they are made to be insecure by beauty standards, and someone taking a procedure because their looks are actually affecting them in their every day life.
'Extreme' features, facial restoration after an accident and deformities get a pass from me as they actually need it to improve their lives, not simply their self esteem. If Miyeon did it, then she probably felt she had a massive target painted on her back.

I guess they wanna make you think that Soyeon is Minnie after doing the surgery until the very end (that's why we see Minnie dancing but when Soyeon receive the texts on her phone it's actually her in the club's pic)... This is epic btw, I cried, I have to be honest. I love them so much for what they are trying to deliver.
I think that's Soyeon on high from anestesia went out for partying and was a Queencard without any surgery just the confidence. And she is just as awesome as Minnie on the party, Miyeon in a pink room and Yuqi in i feel but in the end it was all her. That's why she apperas on the mirror shots.

well I knew that the month of May was going to be incredible. and that a lot of bands that I love were going to come back at the same time. but I must say that I am very happy. Soyeon just entered my top 10 ultimate bias list. from PRODUCE 101 to Unpretty rapstar. then Soyeon's solo debut at (G)idle I've always supported her and love her. she is the most complete idol I have ever seen she is not only the best female rapper idol, but also a great dancer, choreographer for her group, singer, producer, song writer but also leader. she is also a teacher and a mentor in survival shows. it's a huge middle finger to all those who said that she was so bad and ugly that she would never become an idol. the last 2 MV's proves that not only is she a top idol but also a beautiful and charismatic girl without any surgery. of course the other members are all amazing and super talented. Soyeon is on a mission to ensure that all members of (G)idle are complete artists like her. thanks to this album, they will also join the small band of girl groups that have sold 1 million albums in 1 week.
also i notice than in this album Soyeon didn't rap very much she sing more often and let the sunshine on the other members . this song is so addictive and the chorus slap . this entire album is nuts even if most of the song are very short less than 3 minutes . and many songs got a very solid rock vibe .
I think this is the only real criticism about previous G-Idle albums/mv - part of the fandom maybe don't like it but was a fact that Soyeon rap a lot, appears a lot etc. She, as the main lyricist and producer of G-Idle songs she could've do a better distribution and I feel in this album she finally made it.
@@sisisworld that why to me she's the most complete female idol today .she is involved in absolutely every aspect of their albums. whether it's the concept, the outfits, the writing, the composition, the distribution of the lines, the story telling. all that in addition to her talent as a rapper, singer and dancer. I believe that even among men there are very few people as talented as her. I've been following this progression since produce 101 and she's a chameleon she's learning constantly and very quickly. There are a few (g)idle songs that I'm not a fan of like DUMBDI DUMBDI. but the last 3 albums are really very good. the distribution is fairly balanced even if Shuhua still has fewer lines than the others but Soyeon is putting it in value.

Now after all these compliments I have a fear that has persisted for some time. it's to see kpop groups making "pop" have moved away more and more from the Korean standard to go through the Western standards. if so many people love kpop it's because this industry and their productions have nothing to do with American productions of which many people are tired. many kpop songs have very original sounds and productions and the songs always have several possible readings and hidden meanings. the (G)idle are in a very "rebellious" and provocative period. it would be any other band I might have been worried or disappointed. but I know Soyeon well and I think I know why she takes this kind of risk and concept. SOYEON, YUQI, SHUHUA are really on the same wavelength and in a state of mind to shake up the industry

Actually you got it backward.... Allergy is the 1st episode when Soyeon struggling to decide whether she should have a surgery, and in Queencard she decided and went under an anesthesia and had all those dreams where she was Minnie and was living her "perfect Queen life", but in Allergy we learn that Minnie actually is not very happy with her lonely life and even having a boyfriend that Miyeon was so envying about didn't make her any happier. But eventually she woke up and changed her mind to be herself cause she can a Queencard too in her own way

Someone finally debunked the videos completely. Yes, you see in allergy and especially in this queencard video. The other members has parts that they transition back to soyeon which might mean a lot of different things.
