Crystal, oh Mylanta girl!! We had our 2023 Christmas Day today. My bonus son is only here for a few days.. I got a Maker 3!!! I got my Cricut Explore One Christmas 2015. It has been wonderful but using it for hours at a time on a daily basis is worn out. I'M EXCITED to get it up and running in next few days. This is my busiest time of the year and I don't have time to learn the new one. Only a few more orders till all is done then I can play for myself until first of year!! ❤ Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!!
Heeeyy bestie ❤Love this!! Funny thing is that my sister is an explore girl and I’m the maker girl 😂 we both have both machines and just about everything else from cricut. Yup I’m obsessed 😍 I craft a lot for church and just to stay sane 🤣 so I have it all to stay busy and most importantly to have fun. I just feel some folks want their opinion about it being too expensive and other things to dictate what other want to buy or invest in. And you know I don’t mean that comment with any ill attitude. Oh I guess I’m sooo gonna invest in the watercolor things. I can’t believe I missed that 🤣 Something I recommend is to invest in the cricut access and/or creative fabrica so you won’t have to spend soooo much money on Etsy. I mean I got to Etsy but gosh at the beginning I was throwing money out on that and then I invested in cricut access and creative fabrica and that’s the best thing I did. I do it al too. From cards, to decor, to tumblers, to shirt… It’s just so fun. Some I sell and some I gift. Thank you bestie for always keeping it real and for always giving us such thorough info! Love ya! It's kind of like how my hubby collects airplanes ✈️ I did get the Creative fabrica membership and the cricut access I agree both are a great way to get tons of designs and save lots of money! 💰 stay blessed as well Bestie Have a fabulous week
I have a Cricut Maker however I’d love to have one of the Cricut Explorer 3. If I making a lot of things it would make it so much faster. I had started saving to buy another machine but I had to use it for medical expenses due to my insurance not covering chemo like I needed them to. I wish I had a video to go by like this one when I got my Maker years ago. You are a great instructor.

I use the silhouette software for many different projects - sublimation and just printing - but I make all kinds of things with my cameo - I dip in all sorts of crafts - so no favorite really - just whatever friends and family need at the moment🙂- lots of party decorations - my daughter is a teacher so we are always designing tshirts and decor and gifts and …….. on and on hehe
I have an old Cameo 1. Silhouette don't have a great channel like this one so looking forward to a few Silhouette vids 😂. But your stuff is doable with the Silhouette. Love your channel ❤

I don't think so but you can cut down materials and make it new again. That's a great idea that's what I did was passed my EA2 down to my daughter its such a great machine
Good question Sticker makers have multiple machines to make more stickers faster just for an example or if you're a collector kind of like someone that collects remote control airplanes. As a teacher as @surgicaltechcrafter2169 said a lot of times I'm sent the machine to teach how to use it you would be quite surprised how many people purchase a machine and they are to scared to take it out of the box not necessarily purchasing another machine as it may be there first. Hope this helps 😀
If you have projects with lots of pieces to cut, like shaker cake toppers, or those with lots of intricate cut designs, like invitation holders, several machines are quite beneficial.
I make and sell a lot of different types of crafts that use a cutting machine. I also create a lot of my own packaging (like gift boxes for my sublimation bookmarks). I got by with one machine for a long time and it was so so time consuming. Having another machine has made me so much more efficient, especially around Christmas craft fair season

With the exception of smart material what is difference to Explore Air 2??
It supposed to cut 2 times faster but honestly I don't notice a difference unless your cutting mat less with smart materials its super fast.
I can not understand why someone needs more than 1 machine other than maybe the joy for smaller projects
