Nepali Village-Style Ma Fish Curry Pakaudai 😋 कुकुर दाइनो खानु भएको छ?

In this vlog, watch how my mom made a delicious morning feast using a traditional Nepali village-style wood fire burner. She started by frying fish and mixed it with a tasty tomato gravy. Then, she picked fresh potatoes from our home garden and cooked them with bitter gourd (Karela). She also cooked a wild plant called Kukur Daina (I'm not sure of the actual name), which tasted amazing. Every dish was so delicious and brought back memories of Nepal, thanks to the unique flavor from the wood fire.

I've eaten Rayo saag, that was ekdham mitho better than any me or my wife had ever eaten but its hard to grow in the cooler UK 😟
Sadai Nepali khana ramro lagyo Bhai, I think sometimes my Nepali friends think im joking. But they are used to it and its still a new taste to me, I was telling a guy at work. He is a Rai from Dharan and he understands. Ive told him I watch your videos and learn about that area (well try) so I can go there next for the famous pork sekuwa Sindhuwa ma.

Yes dai, our home garden have a lot of food. You know that we Nepalese love to grow food. Summer is all about eating fresh food from own home garden. Rayo saag is so good with masu 😋
