Seconded as somone with auditory processing issues its impossible when there is music because turning up the instructions makes the music louder and dosent actually help
My daughter had a water leak in a storage unit where all her Christmas decorations were being stored. She lost all her decorations. I thought I would make a dozen of these for her Christmas tree as she starts to replace her ornaments slowly. This tutorial is perfect. I always love your teaching style, love that you don’t play obnoxious music in the background and are so clear in your instructions. Many thanks❤
This was my very first attempt at crocheting in rounds, I have ADHD and really struggle with instructions for projects (especially when they don’t have clear visuals) so I’ve avoided anything other than blankets or scarves until now - I wanted to make something special for my family members this Christmas and decided to go out of my comfort zone with this. It turned out amazing and your tutorial is the first crochet pattern video I’ve ever been able to follow without getting so frustrated that I have to give up! I’m excited to check out the rest of your vids and learn now things, thank you for taking away my fear of working in rounds 😊
I've been having a depressive episode for two months now, and couldn't find strength or inspiration to crochet anything, but this snowflake made me take up crochet again❤️ thank you so much🥰
I finally figured out something small I can make the whole family from my great grandmother's "christmas" yarn. She used to make everyone ornaments and I really wanted to do something similar but different. Thank you!!!!
You are amazing and inspire me! Some things are way beyond my skills but I am willing to try so many more things because of you! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
Tip that made a big difference for me: Use marker for the first single crotchet stich of each round and especially at the top of the initial chain 2 at the beginning of the final round. It helped me find the correct spot to insert needle for slip stich at end of rows. Result was much cleaner for me.
Robin I just wanted to say thank you thank you thank you for this incredible pattern. I made probably about seven or eight of these for little mini gifts for folks again thanks.
Thank you for posting this snowflake. I first followed along with variegated yarn, so easy. Then I bought some yarn with a sliver thread, it was a little bigger and just as nice. But then, I like to work with size 10, 20 and 30 thread, so I found size 10 silver and gold, getting started was kind of hard, but after the first row it came out really nice. Thank you for sharing.
That's a grand idea! Would you mind telling me what size hook you used, please? I've gotten back into crocheting after many, many years, so I'm not as confident as I should be. Happy holidays! ❄❄❄
