Pro tip, the air pressure in the wheel wells is a significant cause of lift, finding a way to relieve the front fender pressure is easy with vents. The rear is trickier to do, but also more fruitful, because the rear tire wake interferes with the airflow going underneath the car. Therefore reducing the pressure in the rear wheel fender arches and guiding that high pressure air away to the sides will reduce turbulence in the diffuser, and reduce drag. Once you get the aero dialed in don't worry about 53's worry about 51's.
You're the man jackie, hands down. That "dont lift" moment was off the hook, it shows your confidence in the car and i get the feeling you're not afraid to push to the limits.👌😤
Holy crap!!! Don’t lift was my favorite part!! This run was crazy and it’s forsure got more in her! Gonna be going BW soon and even though it’s probably gonna be at best a 2:10 lap this makes me super excited! Cheers
Dude!! I hope one day when i start racing i can drive as good as you! You are seriously one hell of a great driver! Keep up the good work. I love these povs
Not gonna lie i was a bit skeptical for it being your first time on ButtonWillow but you proved myself and a lot of other ppl wrong.! Sub2 is no easy task but sub 1:55! Congrats brotha!! Best of luck!
Jackie, I have an 05 S2000. I plan on keeping it stock and HPDE....which i already have a few events. However, I'm not sure if I need to run a baffle pan, or hook up a Oil Temp/Oil pressure gauge. Its at 101000 miles....so still lots of life left. Whats your advice?
Todd Higgins j-specperf.ch/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=5232 and seen the performances it s a semi slick. It s just get the street homologation
Plenty left for sure. Had I gotten my act together, a 53 is doable... car weighs 2820ish on this run I think. Not short cut, just minor track extending 🤣
Stop throwing that thing into the strips, thats not what they are there for, your car will take care of you time wise if you take a cleaner line around the turn. Don't be so sloppy
So can I just count on seeing at least one J-turn per event? Nicely done, mate. Absolutely flying.
Thanks Ben & Ben!!
@@JackieDing86 Hoonigans practice paid off!
The send is full
I just love that it's your daily.

In aero we trust, it's turning you into a fast boi.

Didn't leave much of the track untouched JD ! Took most of the meat off the bone. Nice run
Still enough meat left for a 53 ha
Double clutch transmissions need to learn from him!
Amazing!

Awesome lap!!
Good job!
Aero seems to be making a difference!
Good job
You are one of the only people who I have seen does a J turn with both hands haha
Sending it dude 👌🏻
Bad ass man.
Great driving! Dat Subaru bus stop line doe haha
taking a few turns at 100+ lol ridiculous definitely goals lol
Fantastic driving man!!! I think the only person to be this fast with an NA S2000 at Buttonwillow is Rob Walker.
I believe Gary of Elite Performance ran a 54.4 so... definitely more time to find ha

i'm a motorcycle guy... i do 1:55s there on a 600.... that video was damn impressive! hahahaha
Such counter steering. Nice skills
Thank you Iketani senpai
Np.
You’re like god hand because you both like drift and grip at the same time. That’s what god hand did.
A052 best street homologated semislicks on the market 2018
It's not a semi slick though.
200tw so it’s a street tire!

Road tire for circuit use
Jimmy Diggs can’t stop won’t stop !
Good stuff.
Nice driving! I love driving the same way, a bit over the limit! No wing right? Rear looks fun but loose at high speed
There is a GT Wing...
That Dingeffect tho!
great Lap man
impressed by how much this car can do with its stock power
Stock-ish! 228.1 whp haha
This is why i want to build a race car
I wanna see your lap times at Laguna Seca
Nice ! A052 the best tires :P
굿잡맨!

Would/will you vent your oem hood?
Already did at the event :D Recap coming soon
Will you be coming back to NCM next year?
Would love to if scheduling and budgeting works out!
@@JackieDing86 hopefully it does! Good luck with the rest of the season and finals. Im a ME major, its rough
What happened at the last turn at the end? Can you explain, I'm trying to learn what happened so I can prevent that.
Little bit too much rotation on entry, I think dragged the brakes just a little too long, the rear got loose and cane around
Lmao putting that j turn to work
What does the car weigh? There is still plenty of time left in that lap.
You took a bit of a shortcut at bus stop didn't you? haha.
Plenty left for sure. Had I gotten my act together, a 53 is doable... car weighs 2820ish on this run I think.
Not short cut, just minor track extending 🤣
Show
Do you have the clutch delay valve?
Yup I still do. Might be time to get rid of it
Did you drive your car to California?
Had a friend trailer it out along with his car. You’ll see during recap video, working on that ha
Looks like you have a 2.4?
No stock 2.2?
@@JackieDing86 with cams and gears? That thing doesn't accelerate like any 2.2
Nope. Intake header exhaust with a tune, that’s it. 228.1 whp on a Dynojet
Is it just me or does your clutch slip just a bit between shifts? This has been bothering me for a while
Not just you, it does slip just a bit. Sucks but it’s what I’ve been dealing with.
How mad was Brian when you lost the wang? Hahaha #fullsend
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Still, it’s not a DRIFT EVENT!😂😂😂😂
