My three phase connection metre is same as you demonstrated in this video.In my metre 123 only 1 & 3 are blinking while on working.2 is stand permanently struck. Why this 2 is stuck.
12&3 do not indicate that the neter is 3 phase as mentioned by the person who posted the video . Its indicates 3 methifs if display ( pages). Page 1 displays all the parameters amd 2 and 3 displays fewer. Your meter seem to be set ti display the page 2 . You can seap between pages by pressing both buttons at once

It has to be like that. In the meter it is set with respect to time,that is two months for domestic. So current reading may vary in the bill according to reading time.
