Another issue i see (which you could i am sure fix) is that the runout measurement/compensation only is on the wheel plane which goes through whichever wheel studs you happened to choose. So that is going to be a bit random. But 1/2 of .015 if you happen to hit that plane is going to add .19 degrees of error right there for that wheel if you happen to use the wrong studs.
Excellent! I look forward to it! Can I just ask, is the procedure you use with the large aluminium block to get the laser to run parallel to the car? And is jacking the car up necessary or can the laser holder just be rotated? Thanks
Just a thought. The 3d rack can be off big time. So your tool maybe correct not the rack :) tested few 3d stands, you can make them read anything you want !

They do take a long time, but that is what makes them cool to see. If they were quick there is prob already a video.

Did your tool account for the possibly differing front and rear track width?
