Oh no! Have you tried HiShine? You spray it on and leave it for a few hours and it restores dull balloons and prevents the oxidizing process. There’s a link to it in the “what’s in my cart” video. Hope that helps! XOXO, Rach

Have you found a way to keep balloons shiny outside? I am using navy balloons for my sons birthday garland and they look horrible oxidized
