The size of the garden on that property you're crushing stone / rubble is massive......it seems like an old friend seeing after the fencing you did originally. I'd love to see what they want it to look like eventually. Also the fencing job Stevie is on ....coming on quickly and I do remember the gates 2 doors up. Finally the resin job is taking shape nicely ....fueled by the ultimate builders supplements😮...tea / coffee and biscuits! One of the busiest project wise I've seen in a while 😮😮. I bet the gym isn't getting much use at the moment!! Keep up the great work , be safe , be happy ,G 🙏

Well last time I was watching in Goa, now I,m watching sat in one of mates many proerties on Koh Phangan Thailand, now this place is exotic,warm, butterflys, brautiful birds and I just spotted a bloody rat! Id defo get some access cleared to get ya vans n trailers onsite - chewing up the green belts out the front is going to upset a neighbour or 2 id say and you could end up having to reinstate them/fined off the council etc.

Hi guys another great video as usual. If it were permitted it would be nice to fly a drone around Nottingham and see all yhe jobs you have done. It was neat to see three next to each other and a fourth coming. Always enjoy watching a driveway job. Not only are a lot of the lads getting to work at James place but a lot of the equipment as well. Is that the biggest client you have had?

Stevie, the polystyrene is laid under poured concrete floors to retain heat within the house it was dug out from. Great edit. Thanks😊

Stevie, it’s an insulation thing that used to use way back now with more modern eco-heating methods. They use other methods. I.e. Kingspan I believe
