I know this is 2 years ago so you most likely have more advanced techniques to offer. I'm wondering if this would help me with my Disc Golf Run up Distance Drives. I broke my spine had surgery & I'm Trying to engage my hips again. I feel like a stiff robot 😂 with all these screws & rods in my spine. Got any tips for hips & upper body to engage in Unison in the opposite rubber band twist motion. So I can create torque to release the disc with the most power behind it. Thanks in advance much appreciate your content
