I literally can’t do any of these, idk why but whenever I try to do them I just can’t get the movement down and I can’t wrap my brain around how to do it

Yes you can! Just put the video in super slo motion and go the speed of walking. Ladders and footwork are like learning a new dance, it just takes practice. Stay positive :)
