The man is a genius and I don’t use that word lightly. I’ve seen him live twice this year and he is incredible. His album Son of Dad is outstanding. He’ll go down as an All time great songwriter and live performer in my book. And he’s a lovely bloke, was lucky enough to meet him and he’s an absolute gent. Can’t wait to see him go right to the top

That sound is from the backwoods of Illinois and Indiana. My grandpa had a very similar sound, plus that old taka classical is insane. BTW I think he probably the best artist out. Top 5 all time for me.

SWJ is Grunge influenced Country. No great way to combine those 2 words without dimensioning what he’s invented. He covered Cobain at both shows I’ve seen him live.
