I saw an interview with some dude that was later in some band, but was originally Jimi's roadie, and he said early gigs people sat there quietly, didn't talk, listened to the music and clapped between songs, even for people like the Beatles, it was really quiet and people just listened and clapped. This guys audiences were a bit different once he formed his band, but hey, it works too.
my mom said she seen Hendrix at the Seattle coleesiom in 1970 high on acid and she said he was constantly adjustisting his guitar switches and she actualy had the ticket stubb still back in the early 80s but eventualy it would get lost I wish I would of kept it for a keepsake lol
Theres still ton and tons of Hendrix material in the vaults. Pictures, live recordings, demos, interviews etc. Its a catch 22 because on one hand his step sister is milking Jimi. but on the other hand, sloely releasing material over time preserves his legacy
His presence was just beautiful, I really hope they release more and more interviews of Jimi, I just love his voice
