Battery kase change hogi
Mere E-Zephyr cycle me rear spokes har 1-2 week me toot jaate hain. Has this happened to you as well? Kya solution hai iska?

I have purchased Hero Electro Cycle on Sep-2018 worth Rs. - 34000/-
After 3-4 day of using cycle I applied brake and then it locked up automatically due to this I fell down on road than I approach to agency and they are doing some repairing and hand over to me.
But after 2-3 month cycle tyre got blast and frame also damage I pay 2500 /- for ow repairing even this is happend automatically.
Yesterday while returning from office front tyre screw automatically open and tyre deteched from cycle frame. This is happend due to bad product and service.
Above incident is very dangerous for me.
Now I don't want to use this cycle.
Kindly refund full invoice amount to me or replace my cycle.

Nice e bike of hero india.hide battery inside frame is nice latest technic.without mudguard is a minus point.
Non removable battery and key lock is not there...
How to lock? If we lock with normal lock then others can accelerate and that would damage the motor and other parts?? Is there any special lock??
