I’m so happy to find your channel! I lived in Springdale for few years, then in Fayetteville for another few years and now I’m in Siloam Springs area. We go to Bentonville often and we love Bentonville:)
    Nice content my friend!
I definitely will be reaching out to you because I just started a TH-cam channel myself and I have a couple of questions to ask.

Super funny you have the "oldest" and "youngest", as reference for your twins 😅. We are visiting in March, staying downtown. I'm looking to drag my spouse from Florida- pros and cons in moving.... more pros IMO. Bentonville is on the top of the list. I might be reaching out to you soon! Your videos have been so helpful.

Thank you for the kind words. It is certainly very important to “my oldest” who is the oldest. When you get here in March I have more to the story for you offline :). I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks for watching.

Thank you for all the effort you put into these videos! I too, am looking forward to moving to NWA at the end of this year and your insight has been very valuable :)
Do you by chance work with clients utilizing the USDA Direct Loan? If so, I would love to have a chat sometime.

I’m so excited to be moving to NWA in the next couple weeks. These videos have been helpful in the decision making process. Had a couple days in Rogers for meetings last week and was thoroughly impressed with the community. It’s apparent the residents have much pride for their region. That goes a long way towards making a place livable

@@LivinginBentonville I spent the last 18mo in King County Washington. About 15 minute drive south of downtown Seattle. My first move away from my home state of Idaho in 42 years of living. Very disappointed with the quality of life in the PNW. NWA reminds me much of eastern Idaho so I think I’ll get along much better there

I just showed some property yesterday to some great folks also moving here from the greater Seattle area. I say come on over my friend. :)

We have been living in Sequim, WA, (Olympic Peninsula/Upper Left/PNW) and we’re going to be scouting out NWA over spring break. (Currently spending a year by the beach near Wilmington, NC while we explore a couple of states to relocate to permanently). We might need a realtor :)

I was very very young living out near fountain Hills in the early 80s. Frankly don’t remember much of it. Still have family and friends in the greater Phoenix area.
About when will you be headed this way? Let’s chat.
