Hi Anthony! I'm William from Nova Scotia, Canada. NWA looks to be a very beautiful and adventurous place to live. My one hope for the area is for it to not lose its "specialness" as it experiences continued growth. It seems to me to be a perfect small city. Sometimes you don't want others to know you've found paradise so you can keep it all to yourself! Unfortunately, or not, people have discovered the secret garden. I did look at some realtor sites and couldn't believe how expensive property is! That being said, I would probably enjoy the area very much. Canadian winters can be a bit much. You are an excellent ambassador for the area. One question...is Bentonville a better choice than Rogers? God Bless, Anthony!
Thank you very much for your input William. In regards to which city is better. It depends on what factors are most important to you. I believe Rogers has much more to offer in the way of activities, restaurants, etc.… I personally like bentonville better. But that’s just me :-) any trips plan to head this way? Thanks for watching.
All this is determined upon what your other debts are and what you would consider an average lifestyle :-). I would say you could do well in the Bentonville area with $100,000 salary. Are we talking a one bedroom studio apartment or one bedroom studio condo/townhome? Many factors to consider even to give a rough value, my friend. If you’d like to have a further conversation off-line, feel free to reach out. Thx for watching
Yes, of course. The three main snakes you really need to watch out for in northwest Arkansas are the eastern copperhead (Agkistrodon contortrix) northern cottonmouth (Agkistrodon piscivorus) western diamond-backed rattlesnake (Crotalus atrox). They are most active April through October in the warmer months. Thanks for watching!
@@LivinginBentonville You did fine. Lifelong NWA resident here. You are fair and balanced as they say. I can't say you are wrong on any of your assessments.

The food scene is the worst part about NWA in my opinion. I hope that changes.
