The last part of the book, referencing where he’s on the bed with the remains of his parents (Found. By Todd Rigney) - “Monday is here. School will be starting soon. Will anyone notice I’m gone? Will anyone notice that dad’s not at work? Will anyone notice that mom’s not at work? When will they decide to search the house? When will I be freed? Until then, I’m here with the severed heads of my parents. They’re watching over me. That makes me feel comfortable. Special. I try to talk to them through the gag in my mouth but I can’t. All I do is drool on myself. I don’t hear anything else in the house, Steve must be gone for good. I wonder if the police will ever catch him. I wonder if he’ll stop killing black people. All I can do is wonder. All I can do is think about what’s going to happen. I have no idea what’s going to happen. I try to move my legs but it hurts. I try to move my arms but it hurts. I was in a touring band years ago and the guy who played the villain from the movie the kid was showing his friend (Headless), who was also a sound or light tech, let us stay at his house after a gig we played. Dude was super cool and thankfully didn't show us the movie till the next morning lol If I had watched it before going to sleep I probably would've ended up sleeping in the van lololol shit was brutal.

So after I got this video recommended to me, I went and watched the movie then came back to this. I actually thought for being indie with a pretty low budget it was still good. Especially the gory effects, it’s pretty neat how the studio could do that with little money. I enjoyed Found, it was interesting to say the least. Of course I don’t like the use of child actors, but other than that I thought it was a solid movie.
These kind of movies scare the fuck out of me. I have two sons, 8 and 3 years old. I try to be a good dad and a good person, so that they will learn and grow to be decent people. But I’m not perfect, and I do worry that maybe there are parts of me that I don’t recognize as problematic, and could lead them to opinions and beliefs that are. I would cease to function properly if one of them kill’s someone. I wouldn’t know what to do.
