Amazing home for sure. Just a bit odd that in the show kitchen the range is in front of a window and no vent above. You always need a vent in a home this high end to get rid of smoke and odors (big oversight). Also the wine cellar has that window allowing natural light to come in. Unless the builder used some kind of high tech UVA and UVB protected glass this presents a big hazzard to fine wine. With well over 30 years of collecting and tasting I know what I'm talking about here. It's not just about climate control but also light prevention. That is why cellars are dark. I like the roof as it appears to be either steel or some kind of hardened tile. With hail storms and hurricanes in FL this was a good move. Not a fan of the open shower in the Master Bath (too much humidity for the home). Would be better to seal it off with a full glass door and add a steam feature with some high tech ventilation. A home in this price bracket needs that.
No mention of hurricane/storm resistance, upgrades. Wind resistant roof that passes above the 15 year rule for insurance requirements. Flood zone, climate change assessment info? DOWN CLICK DUE TO MISSING NEW REAL-STATE LISTING REQUIREMENTS MISSING.

And yes, I COULD afford the home/property, but not willing to spend 30K+ in insurance a year do to missing needed additions that could have been installed. Hey, it's your vid, your show case Earl Scheib type properties, all on you. Just hope people are well advised, and NOT mislead. I would think you would like to advertise to the upper 40%, but again, we do look at what is being shown, offered.
