Hi Abbie! My Clover Amours are my favorite, but when I get below a 3mm, I use my red Tulip Emito hooks, for some reason I like the hook part of them, but I prefer Clover Amour handles 😊

I love how individual all our hook preferences our. For some reason when I use bigger hooks I prefer aluminium but with below 8mm I hate aluminium 😊

@blueheartcrochet14 I assume you mean aluminum handles over 8mm? I can see why as the ergonomic handles get too big over that size - for me at least. I dont use large size hooks very often, but an aluminum hook with a small silicone sleeve on the handle would be perfect.

Isn't it amazing how many hooks we accumulate - they seem to multiply faster than my yarn stash. I prefer clover amour hooks - my backup hooks are hiya hiyas which glide so smoothly. My least favorite are resin hooks - pretty to look at but they squeak when in use.

It is crazy how many hooks we end up with! I’ve never tried hiya hiya before. Totally agree, I really dislike the resin hooks.
