Nutrition is so important I purchase beef liver from a grass fed and finished butcher a couple times a month Good thing I like it with lots of grilled onions
Thank you so much for sharing your journey! I started straightening my hair around the same time you did and I’ve found your content very helpful. Something I would consider if you are not absorbing iron well is celiac disease. It is an autoimmune condition where your body will attack your small intestine if you have gluten (a protein found in wheat, barley, and rye). If your small intestine is essentially destroyed, you are not able to absorb iron. Unfortunately, some doctors have been taught that this medical condition only occurs in Caucasian people, but it actually occurs in al races. There is a blood test that can be ordered called a celiac panel; however, if this is negative, I would still push for an endoscopy. I had severe anemia for the majority of my life. I had a blood test for celiac disease about 7 years ago that was negative. I pushed for the endoscopy and was diagnosed with celiac disease. Since then, I have been on a gluten free diet. My hemoglobin has been normal without having to take supplements. Again, thank you so much for sharing! ❤ I don’t know anything about your medical history, but thought I would mention this to consider.
@@aluvtorun wow this is such a great point. I have my physical next Monday I will ask for that blood test for sure. Something is definitely going on with me. Has changing your diet been difficult and how long before you saw positive results with your health?
@ at first, it was difficult getting used to the gluten free diet. However, nowadays, there are so many gluten free options at restaurants and it’s easy to substitute regular bread products for gluten free products! I noticed an improvement in my health in about 1-2 months.
You are looking so so beautiful. The makeup and the red color is 🔥. Peace and blessings to you. I only have steaks every now and then, and I need to start eating it more often, to see if this will help in reducing my shedding. I see am seeing more than I want to. Peace and blessings to you.
Didn't realize I have been following you so long. I didn't know he was 6. WOW. I Was losing hair by the bag full, anemia and low thyroid and hormone imbalance. 🙄😫😩
It’s good to see you, sister. Blessings on your journey and in the coming year. 🙏🏽❤️
i hope you feel better. You look beautiful. God bless you.

Heat helps my hair. Just as long as I do protein treatments every two/three months my hair will work along with heat.

Me personally, I think that the heat helps.
I agree. I prefer my hair stretched
My doctor told me that if my iron was about 10 my insurance would not pay for fusion. It's expensive to pay for out of pocket for me
I can’t believe insurance won’t pay for it. So crazy. I will def just pay out of pocket. Bc I really need it.
