No one really understands sleep paralysis. But my husband used to have that. He said he would hear a demonic voice breathing in his ear. Apparently this necklace he had was a demonic necklace (which he didn’t know. He got it from a lady who said it would “protect him..”. My friend Pedro who is a Christian told me that he has this (we didn’t even tell him about it) and he ended up throwing it in a river. After that, the demonic voices and sleep paralysis stopped. Maybe there is something in your home etc that it’s attached to etc. I would definitely look into it. I believe 100% sleep paralysis is a demonic being doing this to you. Scientists and drs try to say it’s not but they are wrong
On the second story It sounds a lot like my step dads childhood, he was about 12 in the mid- late 80s and he would go camping in the mountains, strange but prob a coincidence
