The way your brain just knows how to naturally fill in each color inside of the shape is magnificent, your shape language skills and color understanding is so inspiring for someone like me💕
@sofiscoolawesomechannel I wondered the same thing. In my experience, gouache dries with a smooth matte look. Watercolor seems like it dries with more variation in color value. 🤔
If you mix white gouache to watercolor, the watercolor properties become more gouache like (opaque). Watercolor is naturally transparent where is gouache is opaque. She’s definitely using her watercolor paint as if she’s painting with gouache especially because she’s not glazing.
Such a beautiful piece! The way you're getting such an opaque cover and strong colours, even when laying the lighter colours on top of the darker ones, almost looks like you're using Gouache. So inspiring!
Well i was on my way to make cup of tea but I could not pause, you had me entranced, i stood and watched from beginning to end, my goodness what utter talent! Subscribing 🤗
Before seeing the supplies u use i thought it is gouache, but im quite surprised to see it is actually watercolor , and it can act similarly to gouache here, most of my watercolor is too-transparent
@@a_clown_n yes the result is really good^^ definitely subscribing cos i love ur works, i hope u can make more tutorial in the future especially color mixing info, cos that would be helpful and much appreciated for self-taught beginner like me
Your understanding of light and color theory resulted in such an intricate painting. It's brimming with pleasant details, it was such a delight to observe your masterful process. Thank you for making it and sharing it.
That's a good skill of you ! I love you how you colored your work, your idea and your behavior. Taht would be possible for you to develope to become popular.
Very well done. 😊 Your color mixes are beautiful, and I love how you paint it thickly, like gouache. Would you please post the link to this reference photo? I thought I saw something about pinterest??? TFS 🙏
love to see incredible art being made with easier to find materials i feel like too many of these style painting videos have way expensive fancy paints and supplies so i appreciated watching this 💜 your teapot with all the flowers inside is so cool i like all the different variations of sepia and brown looks cozy and warm
Can you share how you make the line art? Did you use an app and if so which one? I often use an app but it's never this perfect in detail. This is beautiful.
This so beautiful! Absolutely love this type of vibe in drawings like this I’m a artist myself in real life and have struggles with drawing on paper sometimes but I’ll definitely try this watercolor one day Do you know what the music you’re using is?
this is art is so magical it felt so cozy and the art was beautiful like is this even real and the colour palate. dont let what other ppl tell you let u get down. you have a talent. this is a sub from me xx
What is the paint I didn't catch it I rly wanna try I have gouache but it's the base colors and I'm not handling it I'm trying to see what fits me the most
Thank you ♡ Actually the watercolour I used is like normal watercolour. But many watercolours can be used opaquely. It depends on us what we want to do :)
Yes it looks like she has used AI art image as reference as a few techincal things seem to be off about the shapes of the objects, such as handle of the pot, the woods going under the pot coaster and a lot many things as i can observe.
White paint is body colour and old fashioned watercolours often used white and were used more like gouache. Gouache is a newer invention. The distinction wasn’t here a hundred years ago and probably less. Watercolour societies and competitions now limit the use of white in mixes and for touch ups and it’s just a made up contemporary standard that has made us think this way about opaque watercolour.
