Hi Julienne, I made this with you in your bakery when we were experimenting with starting up workshops. It’s an amazing cake and I’ve baked it lots of times. It’s got a big WoW factor and tastes delicious. We also made Easter eggs and you baked bread with my hubby. Memories to cherish with you ❤❤❤❤
I made one this morning but didn’t do the Italian meringue just topped it with more strawberries as I had too many came out perfect and as a test I used the créeme Pat that I froze last week It came out fine I removed the excess humidity with a paper towel and just warmed the créeme Pat Will definitely make it again thanks Julien for your very amazing cakes
I’m making this tomorrow. Bit nervous but have all my notes straightened out and waiting for a delivery of Kirsch. Will tell you how I got on. This chef is the best IMO 🎉

Question, instead of torching the ring, why not just open the latch? It's a springform pan, right? Also, you should post all your vids on this channel! It makes no sense to put it on the cameraman's channel since he posts other content too.
