Hope you enjoy watching. Don't worry, work on the Turbo log manifold I'm making is still happening. I'm just about to start welding for next weeks episode :-)
When the stud is tightened in, it will seal. Or you can add some paste to the threads as well. The cast Jam racing manifolds back in the day were the same afaik.
@EB240 The 4efe port spacings are 70mm for cyl 1-2 and 3-4, 90mm for cyl 2-3 The video linked below details the dimensions and starts a turbo manifold mini build series: th-cam.com/video/tJEuxZAMZ6Q/w-d-xo.html
A bit harsh, I do prefer bigger turbo's but the ct9b is a good turbo for the 4efe+t builds. Always fancied a ported stock manifold with ct9b hybrid, stealth mode.

Hey Dan, im doing a turbo conversion myself but on a corolla using a CT9 turbo, do you happen to know the exhaust port spacing?, cheers

same as a gt manifold?
Yes, as far as I'm aware all 4efte are the same.
anything ct9 based needs to be thrown in the garbage lol

@@dan91sgarage I had a ct9/ct20 hybrid with a jam racing PNP ECU, 18psi with all the supporting mods at the time. Good fun.
what an ugly design they are from factory
Yeah they're not great as standard, good use of the limited space in the engine bay though.
