A friend of mine, a rabbi, suggested that I watch this video. Someone who wronged me terribly 40 years ago, so that she could get at my faculty sponsor (the two of them detested one another), passed away this week. I don't feel the least bit guilty about her passing. In fact, I'm quite glad she's gone. What I took away from this episode is that this person has been living rent-free in my head for 40 years; and I have to let go of my hatred of her so I can move on with my life. This was a very, very profound video for me.
Other then them being an older version of me and a younger version of me, and my name being Hanaan... This is a gem. Thank you. Funny, and the message so perfectly presented.
I haven't seen this video in years, and forgot how powerful it is, especially profound in these times.
Because of this video, I will now respond to someone who asked me for forgiveness and I had the same prob as Chanan! So Kudos to you!

what a terrific short :) this is a lesson that I've struggled to learn for quite some time, and even today I sometimes still have problems letting go.
