Same, I often feel uncomfortable or awkward when some of my female family members talks about women being opressed these days even tho they never experienced it first hand and always blaming men.

And that's coming from me, a 15 yr old girl. I remember when I was 12, I believed that men can't be raped or harassed because they "like it too". I'll give an example of how feminism has gone too far.. Most armies around the world now have women in them, with equal opportunities, but unequal demands. Women are given lesser fitness requirements, but are put on an equal pay scale. In case of war, the women infantry won't just have to battle the women infantry of the enemy.. They'll have to battle everyone. Every single person is equal in war. Race, age, gender, nothing matters. In that case, is it not better to have a fitter/more capable "person" rather than to ensure an agreeable gender ratio?

But do you understand that almost all women out there would rather sit in useless meetings in air conditioned offices and sign those files rather than wash the laundry, do the dishes, vacuum the floor, cook your sandwich, babysit, change the sheets, dust the TV, keep things in place, decide what to eat, decide, manage the kitchen, manage the wardrobe, manage relationships, and so on?
If the society thinks that its easier to be a houseperson(househusband or housewife) then the society should rework on its views about it.
It is an ambition to build a home, something that men generally do not have, and to give a healthy environment for good upbringing of their children. All women are free to do whatevervr they like. They make their own choices according to their circumstances, which also goes for the men.

It is an established fact that a strong majority of criminals come from those families which do not have a healthy family environment.
The problem is that our ambition is not considered to be ambitious enough until it leads to fame, power or heightened status. That is an extremely toxic viewpoint according to me. Ambition should be about achieving what we want for ourselves rather than a secondary public implication of it.
