    almost always when i do your workouts or routines and my mom sees me, she says this is unbelievable and you have to be superhuman or martian to talk to us in usual way doing all those crazy stuff

    Following this routine for 4-5 days and already started to feel stronger than before, first I wasn't able to hold the tuck planche for a single set but now I do it for all 4 sets.

    Damnnnnn bru really enjoyed the routine💪💪 manage to hold the first set for 15 sec in full planch, screamed like a manice guess the challange pushed me forward, will try this again😁 following u for a really long time always learned more and got more stronger, appreciat ur work man hoping for u to keep succeding and crushing this industry 🤩😁💪

    This was great. As the guys said don't forget about the basics ! Don't try doing planches until you're not strong in doing dips, pull ups and push ups.

    This was surprisingly good. I did the same thing exactly as Fabian but hes still definitely better off than I (i cant even straddle planche)

    I really want to perform the full planche or just the straddle planche when I was in my 3rd year. However, I watched a lot of videos recommending to learn the handstans first before learning the Planche. So here I am, already learning the planche, and also thanks to you!!!

      @@e3warzz832 it was really good. Maybe the rest times were a little short, because I was used to take like 2 min of rest, but the exercise selection is really good :)
