What a fun trip! I was excited to run across your video since I almost flew my 2003 T182T to Angel Fire last February (weather pooped out last minute so drove it - ugh). You paint job is the same as mine so checked the registry to see what year you were, only to find you must live down the block from where I lived for almost twenty years on Kings Highway! Blue skies!

wow what a coincidence! Angel Fire is a fun one. More difficult than Taos IMO. Thanks for watching!

My dad was an airline pilot and when I was young he used to take me up in his pa-28. He passed away last year and I can tell you first hand some of my best memories were sitting up front and pointing out points on his navlog. Love the videos sir. Brought me back for a second.

Thank you for letting me know! I make these videos for myself so that I can relive the adventures. I appreciate knowing that these videos mean something to someone else. Thank you.

Still flying, just not taking the time to install the cameras and make videos. I am thinking about it though! Thanks for asking.

I’m looking at flying towards ABQ from the same direction as you. What altitudes were you flying to get over the mountains?

I don’t really go over the mountains, I go around them. Generally at 10.5k going VFR west. I’m in a non-turbo and no bottled O2.
