Great video on this new R10! I have been looking at these machines . Definitely a lot of nice new features, way more features than my R319. Thank you for your time 👍😊
Hello @Mikefestiva Thank you for your comment! Absolutely, the Rippa R10 comes with a range of impressive factory upgrades. We've been collaborating with Rippa since 2022, and it's been exciting to witness the continuous enhancements in quality and features. We're eagerly anticipating the arrival of the Rippa R13, R15, R18, R22, and R32 models, each promising new and innovative features. Stay tuned for upcoming demo videos showcasing these machines! 😊
Hello @danantoniuk4756, Absolutely, the R10 is an impressive machine! The R15 promises to be even more exceptional with its Kubota diesel engine, triple pump system, and added counterweight. We'll be creating a demo video for the R15 as soon as your machine arrives. Wishing you a Happy New Year!
@KalebBroadhead In the R319 model, the hydraulic oil filter was positioned beneath the floor plate. However, in the R10 model, the return hydraulic oil filter has been relocated inside the hydraulic oil tank
@ladehesa8819, it's important to note that the idler wheel bearing is a sealed unit, so it doesn't require greasing. However, maintaining proper track tension is crucial. If the tracks are overtightened, it can lead to premature wear of the idler wheel bearing, reducing the lifespan of your equipment. Proper track tension ensures smooth operation and prevents unnecessary strain on the machine. When it comes to greasing, we use a lithium-based grease, which is known for its excellent performance in various conditions. The specific type of grease may vary depending on local weather conditions and temperatures, so consulting with a local mechanic for the best option in your region is advisable. Lithium-based grease offers superior lubrication, reducing friction and wear, and is particularly effective in maintaining equipment in both hot and cold climates. For optimal maintenance, regularly check the track tension and adjust as needed, and ensure that all moving parts are adequately lubricated. This will not only enhance the performance of your machine but also extend its operational life. Feel free to reach out if you have more questions or need further assistance!
Looks like my machine (hakuba HK-10) exept that mina has a hydraulic quickchange for the attatchments and a mecanical thumb instead + a 1cyl diesel engine. And mine has a two pump setup, im guessing the second pump is for the pilot controls, i dont belive that i can lower the boom if i havent switched on the hydraulic cutout (Il have to test that).
@soulis1000 Thank you for your comment! We're not familiar with the Hakuba HK-10, but a quick search indicates that Hakuba machines are primarily sold in Europe. The Rippa R10 can be upgraded with a Kubota diesel engine and a hydraulic quick hitch. However, for those enhancements, you might consider moving up to the Rippa R13 or R15 models. We have these models on order and look forward to sharing demo videos as soon as they arrive!
@BelgianRacingPigeons Thank you for your comment! The Carter CY12 BU appears to be a 1.2-ton diesel excavator, placing it in a different class than the Rippa R10. A more comparable model would be the Rippa R13 or R15. We have these models on order and will be creating demo videos as soon as they arrive. Subscribe to our channel so you don't miss our videos :)
Hello @honumoorea873 , Thank you for your comment Adding a quick hitch to an excavator can reduce the bucket's breakout force due to the increased distance from the bucket's mounting point. However, the quick hitch offers significant advantages by greatly speeding up the bucket-changing process and enhancing operator safety, as it eliminates the need for manual bucket lifting. At JoyT5, we include quick hitches with all our machines, but customers have the option to order an excavator without one if preferred. Additionally, if extra breakout force is required, the quick hitch can be easily removed.
Great video on this new R10!

dear, our excavators are also high quality with a competitive price. Let's start a conversion with mini excavators.
Well done! Looks like a capable machine. Nice and smooth. Looking forward to getting the R15!

dear, I also have 1 ton excavator. Maybe you can know our products
Me too..looking forward to recieving mine so i can dig out 72cubic meter of dirt.
Will the kubota run continously for 8 hour without over heating?
Damn that's some smooth operation.
@SoulNoFound ,
Yes, it is the smoothest 1 ton excavator to operate that we tried so far :)
Good looking machine
Thanks! We think so too.
Is there no hydraulic oil filter on this model? I think the older R319 had a filter if I'm not mistaken.

I just bought a mms 15 1.5 ton machine I love it but wished I bought one of those
Rippa R10 is a new model and we just received our first shipment. Not a lot of people are aware of it yet.
What type of grease do you use and does the track tensioner bearing also need grease?

Those fast connect parts are badly designed....the power at the tip of the bucket is greatly reduced.
