@@eontheagle3773 It has origins in Christianity, don’t quote me bc it’s been ages since I’ve heard this but on the night that Jesus died, it was a Friday (Good Friday I think?), and there were 13 men left at the dinner table when he died. Also 13 is generally seen as a bad luck number is western culture, just like 4 is seen as a bad luck number in eastern culture. (I know a bit about that too if you’re interested). It’s a byproduct of religion adopted into the mainstream workd and diluted over generations to vagueness.

here in korea, buildings sometimes don't have the 4th floor. These buildings mark the 4th floor as 'f' (for 'four') for just don't mark them at all. this is practically an unspoken rule in hospitals, since the korean pronounciation for 4 sounds the same as the chinese character for death.(they are both pronounced 'sa')

Scary thing that happened with a fan:
So I was staying at a hotel with my parents, brother, grandparents, aunt uncle and cousin, and I had to sleep on a mattress in my grandparents room because my original room was given to me aunt uncle and cousin, and I was lying on the mattress and my grandma was on her bed, and I was pitch black minus the lights from outside the room, and the fan was on the lowest setting, and randomly it was turn itself on and of, or higher or lower, and I was creepy
