I have no experience with metal detectors and the manual that came with my Gold Kruzer was not helping me learn how to set it up on the control screen and start using it. Very impressive performance on the nail board! There's no doubt that in the right hands this MD will shine in bad dirt that may, or may not be iron infested to boot. Tiny minims and dinty thin section silvers in nail ridden ancient sites would stand little chance of evasion at sensible depth. Nokta Makro have yet again provide an extremely useful tool. ATVB to you and your clan.
Agreed Tim. Seems to be yet another great one in iron from NoktaMakro. I don't think that was the intention for it being a gold hunter, but nevertheless it is there. No small bits will be safe with this one comes to town. ATB my friend.

Hi there , looks a decent bit of kit and certainly does the business , hope you are ok my friend another good test with quite impressive results , enjoyed it mate ATB & GL Rob .

I own the GR 19 56khz Gold racer for the last 3 years in and out of creeks and rivers dragged through the wilds of B.C. Canada it's a tough unit this is the GK 19 Kruzer 61khz. Listen for the faint wobble in All metal it likes small targets took it to the claim and it went wild everywhere though to much mineralization to concentrate on the actual gold you could pull out with your hands.
Really looking forward to using it more. Seems to be yet another winner. I have it and the Gold Finder which is 56khz and basically the analog version of the Gold Racer. Will be videoing that one soon.
I was wondering how this coil detects on the edge. Say you were trying to use it in cracks.

For the air test was that a concentric or double D coil? Does deep iron cause you detektor to false thinking it is a good Target with this machine? especially a deep buried rusty bent nail which almost all machines get fooled buy those. Excellent video by the way I love your videos.
This video is the DD...the larger coil ion the GK review video is concentric. I honestly cannot answer as I have not had it in the field enough times digging nails. Sorry. Thanks for watching and the kind words!
It's the most unique metal detector I ever used, I've been detecting since 1988 , I absolutely love this machine, I use it park hunting GK24 coil performs great , I'm not a fan of all purpose metal detectors multi frequency machines, I would rather find gold ring than find 50 quarters if you know what I mean , it's a gold predator in the park, just got to know how to use it .

I run the notch to 45. Set whatever tone pitch is best for you, 60-63 is a good range for nickels, and dig all overloads tones , never know what you pull up , I never use the PP mode , it's no need since this machine is so quick , i personally toe PP, wish ya a speedy recovery Hunter

Air test might be 10 inches on a coin but it you find that coin in the real soil its not going to find it at 10 inches. Air test are no good you need to do them under the real soil to get the right depth.
For a review video - I disagree entirely. Soils vary greatly from location to location - air tests do not. I am showing off a best-case scenario to the viewers. If a viewer has great soil - and I show them tests in my horrible soil - it serves no purpose. I could care less about any soil testbed on TH-cam - since it is not my soil.
