Thanks the tip - awesome. I could not figure out why when I pasted as value into a date column I got date as text but when I typed it , it went in ok. While all I needed to fix the problem is what you showed med her - huge thanks from my side

If you select DMY - Your Date might appear as month and Month as date. So you really need to play around with DMY & MDY to get the right results.
