    You are the silliest Dr. I've ever not met 🤣 How in the world do you have time to do all this? Hormone balancing is precisely what I was waiting for. Question though, is this not going to make me gain weight? Also, I know this is a smoothie channel - which I LOVE -, but since it's getting cold, is there a warm/hot version? Keep up the silliness... you make me laugh!

    What makes it hormonal balancing, the spices? The lacuma/maca/turmeric? I figure the mango and coconut are not it.
