Portland is the largest city in the U.S. state of Oregon. It is the county seat of Multnomah County. About 538,544 people live in the city of Portland, and about 1,927,881 people live in the city's metropolitan area. It is found in the north part of the state, where the Willamette River meets the Columbia River. Portland has the second most people of any city in the Northwest United States, after the city of Seattle.
Portland has many nicknames. One of these is "The City of Roses," because roses grow well there. Some other nicknames of Portland are "Stumptown" (from the fact that Portland was built over a forest), and "Puddletown" (from the fact that it often rains in Portland).
Many things are from Portland. Some of these things are Powell's Books, Beverly Cleary (and some of her most popular fictional characters, Henry Huggins and Ramona Quimby, which also have statues in the city's Beverly Cleary Sculpture Garden for Children), and the Portland Trail Blazers basketball team.

This city is Ann Arbor, Michigan on steroids lol.....Lots of trees and everything was close to proximity. I had forgot this city has two major sports franchises.

IF you people think this is what you will see when you get to portland, YOUR in for a big surprise. This place you see in this hour long video does not exist anymore. it is replaced by Druggie homeless tent cities, garbage,needles beer and whisky bottles laying everywhere. almost 99 percent of these businesses you see here are boarded up and moved away. Nobody walks around like this anymore. Why? because police response time is non exsistant there in PDX. Unless one of these people (homeless) drug people bother your BMW or AUDI. I am young but i know there are far to many jobs and oportunities in the pdx ares. NIKE,Intel,Merix,FEDex ground UPS,Roadway, Shipping ports.Flir,Xerox, Numerous Grocers warehouse distribution centers. multiple employment agencies and this is as of 03/19/2021. Most of these people that are taking up street space and vandalizing that city are from other states that do not tolorate oregons free drug use laws. like oklahoma texas washington etc.
