A-10 and the Su-25 are my Favorite Jets in this game. but sadly they are very vulnerable in areas with SAM Coverage. and because of their speeds they can't really dodge missiles if they are in a high altitude.
There was an rwr mod from years ago that's depreciated now that changes some stuff around (kinda like how BMS has sounds for each emitter)... I've left part of that mod in that changes the rwr hit and update noises because I HATE the default
If you let a MIG-29 RWR (could be many jets, but all will eat an A-10C for breakfast) come within WEZ as an A-10C, you goofed up. You need to run when it was 20 miles away, 15 miles maybe if you have a direction to run into effective friendlies who will force the Russian jet to defend. It's easier to be patient in the A-10C and come off target for 10+ minutes because it has plenty of fuel; It's not like the F/A-18C where turning and burning away from the AO for even 2 extra minutes is a heavy fuel expense and will likely send you home early.

Typical PvP public server... non existent air cover, while every teen and his cat is looking for "easy prey", while ignoring actual mission tasks, to see a large number of "kills" behind his name on the score board. Try a smaller informal group or squadron, instead... 😂
