Instead of making dua (other than Arabic) in Sajdah within Salah, just go into Sajdah after completing your Salah (after finishing the two Salams) and then make dua in that Sajdah in whatever language you want to. That way you can still benefit from making dua in Sajdah whilst also refraining from doing something that has ikhtilaaf in it.

This is why Hanafis are told by their Fuqahaa that even if they perform Asr at a later time (btw even Imam Sufyan al Thawri held this view), they still aren't allowed to delay their Zuhr Salah after the earlier Asr (the one followed by Imams Shafi'ee, Ahmed ibn Hanbal, and the Zaahiriyya), they have to finish their Zuhr before then b/c there's ikhtilaaf as to whether or not the earlier Asr is correct or if the later Asr is correct.
