Everyone knows I'm a sucker for healthy lifestyle, so when my nutritionist recommended getting a new juicer so we pack in those all important nutrients on a daily basis, I defaulted to the centrifugal juicer, only to realise there was a different type out there - The masticating juicer. After some research we've found this masterpiece of equipment and it is so awesome we decided we absolutely had to share this with the world. Luckily I managed to both source my hubby's assistance and avoid my channel being overtaken. PHEW! 🤭

    ~ OUR FAV RECIPE ~
    Spinach | Kale | Carrot | Apple | Cabbage Red/White | Ginger | Celery | Beetroot | Lime
    ~ TIPS ~
    1. Start with the leafy veg (spinach, kale, etc.) followed by a tiny bit of water to help it run through (this will NOT dilute your juice)
    2. Although the feeding tube is wide, we recommend chopping the beetroot in half or smaller, because it's very fibery and burdains the motor
    3. Leave the fibery veg to the very last (celery, beetroot, ginger etc.) and follow by a tiny bit of water to help it run through (this will NOT dilute your juice, promise!)

Great video, good point about the cleaning part and letting your frozen fruit defrost.

Please remember to wash the chute in soapy water before you feed the fruits and vegetables. Awesome video made me buy Fridja and recommended it to my friends and brother as well. Total buys five including me. Subscribed!

Wish I’d found this video before I purchased a centrifugal juicer as the one I really wanted is over £500 so not affordable but this looks so similar but a fraction of the cost! Good to see it in action, the pulp looks so dry not like the wet mess from the centrifugal one I got. Will be buying once pay day arrives 😊

@11:00 "Is this ok or is it too much b***s?" To tell from a man's perspective: It is distracting but nice to look at 😊. Thanks for this informative and humorous video!

Thank you 😀🙏🏻 Appreciate it. Make sure to chop pieces smaller. Although it can take the larger pieces, that causes for earlier wearing of the plastic parts and the engine. If you do chop everything to slices or cubes, the machine works so much better and you won't have to replace any parts anytime soon 😉

@Lilac's Guide thank you so much. How long will it last before I must replace any parts, and also, where would I get the parts from? thank you, Lilac.

If you juice large pieces you will have more wear and tear, so maybe after a year or so, I think you have a 2-year warranty. Email customer service at Fridja, they will help you.

But you didn’t wash the parts that comes with the machine first . That’s a bit dangerous to used before juicing .

Brilliant comment! Thanks for noting. We did indeed prior to filming but obviously you can't see that 😝
