Good god this house is so cool and cheap! Me and my parents live in a shady area of Anaheim California by Disneyland, surrounded by heavy industry and pollution. Our house is fully payed off and recently our neighbor sold his for 1,100,000 million. We got ours at 450,000 in 2002 and we thought that was cheap, It’s insane the contrast in pricing 🤯 my parents are tempted in selling it and buying a rad house like this in the Miami area.
