No. If the watch doesn't have a SIM card in then you can't answer calls from it. If you put your main SIM card that's in your cellphone in it then yes you will get calls directly to the watch but not through any other way of connectivity. No SIM no calls. If you use WiFi only on the watch then you can only get WhatsApp call. It's the same as using your phone
