I’ve been doing as much as I can to improve my appearance like working out, got braces for my teeth, and I’m even doing jaw and face exercises now and I’m starting to notice that I’m starting to feel more comfortable in my own skin, making me less anxious in social situations, a few changes to your lifestyle can change everything
A guy with a good posture nd a genuine smile is something that instantly gets my attention. And for those guys who think no girl is gonna like them bcs they are not handsome enough.. It is not true! People obviously have crush on good looking but doesnt mean that girls dont get interested in guys with average or below average looks. All i can say is that build your personality and be confident.
