Well the point is to use the traffic arrow at the scene of an accident or a traffic stop to get other drivers to actually move over, but they never actually do move over. Drivers will still stare into the lights and end up crashing into the police cruiser or hit an emergency worker. I'm an EMT and we were on a major highway for an accident. Two police cruisers and an ambulance with all lights and traffic advisers going, an asshole still almost ran me over.
From what we hear; cost and ease of replacing. Vinyl's easier & faster then taking vehicles in for paint. There's also no guess work in trying to get the color match perfect.

On the Chargers, we active the factory offered Headlight & Tail light flasher module. If the Charger does not come equipped with the module, or if we are doing a different Vehicle build, we use Whelen, Soundoff and Code 3 flasher modules as appropriate.
Nabila Nurul Khalisha It is a Map-light. The client likes to have them mounted in the position you see to assist them when working from the passenger side.

You'll remove the whole front fascia to install a speaker of the Charger. There are some folks that do not, but it is far easier with it removed.
We're not sure where the Charger was produced. It may have parts from both plants.

Australian police don't use traffic arrows on the police cars creates to much confusion, it works for our police
