The machine looks very nice as a whole and seems easy to put together. With the small bezel, nice side-art and backbox and topper. Good value for money. Indeed, much better than full specced cabinets for many thousands of dollars. The only thing I can see is the top of the backglass weirdly not matching with the screen. You can see a part of adams family graphics print above the screen. Looks strange. Now I understand it's difficult to match with all games so perhaps they should have gone for something more neutral as top of the backglass. I won't start about the fliperlag. Everything about that has been said. Now I am very curious about how it plays, the haptics etc. Waiting for the next video! BTW. definitely two cool t-shirts!!
Out of curiosity, when did u place ur order? I placed mine for a pre installed table the minute it went live on Thursday 2/22. And haven't heard a word yet. Made more concerning is atgames put out a post saying all nod orders were shipped! Checked the fed ex app too and nothing. Put a ticket in yesterday but I was just wondering
My preorder was made back in September, and I opted in for the SSF installed version in January. Payment in full for pre-ordered SSF kit was made mid February
Ever since I started using iMovie to edit these, I've noticed so many songs, transitions, and title styles in other vids also having been edited in iMovie!
There are design aspects of the 1Up I actually prefered when looking at photos, but when I finally saw one in person I was shocked at how tiny the thing was!
I find playing TAF and Snoopy to be very playable even with the lag that is present. Is it ideal? Oh hell no, but years back when I was playing TPA with my PS3 on my projection TV, I had similar lag and knew how to play with it. Obviously I want it to be as air tight as the Magic Pixel titles, but I find these comments of TAF being uplayable laughable. Zen is more than aware and are actively seeking a solution. I haven't hooked up my PC for OTG play yet, is there lag there too?
@@blahcadepinball Supposedly lag is not noticeable from what I heard. I just got the 4K unit last week, I've been waiting on them to support the Control Panel using OTG on the 4K - support is coming, but it's not working yet I guess. I dont want to remap all my keys in the VPX config to go back to the stock dpad panel.
@@scott53326 yeah, I haven’t been antsy to get OTG running for the same reason. Well that and the fact I’m literally starting at square one and have to download and configure everything for the first time. But still, don’t wanna problem solve just to have to go back and do it again later.
That was a PRO unboxing! Congrats Chris. Good to hear your thoughts on the build quality. 👍
Thank you! Never made that sort of vid before.

Very nice 👍🏼
lol! I recognize the song in intro, its neon lights. I made a tik tok with it. 😂

Cabinet is made with melamine or mdf?
It's nicer than my 1up pinball. You get what you pay for.
