Hi, the pressure valve only needs to be sealed when pressure cooking. You don’t need to use it with any other function. Enjoy making the yogurt and Happy Easter

How long I can store it it the plastic container?
Hi, Online it suggests up to 2 weeks. Ours doesn't last very long so we only kept for about 4 days and it was fine.
If you use full fat UHT milk, you can jump straight to the ferment stage, skipping out the boil 👍🏽
