Hi Susannah this video is just brilliant! I’m new to ninja 15-1 and your simple easy way and I’m vegetarian so very helpful. 🙏

Hi Susannah, my parents bought an 11-in-1 about 18 months ago and had never used it until I found you on here. We made your lasagne last week and it was a success! Quick question...what is the difference between the 11 and the 15 please?

Hi, that’s great to hear that it’s now being used. The difference in the models is the amount of functions. The 11 in 1 doesn’t have as many functions so you don’t have Steam Bread, Prove, Steam Roast, Probe and steam meals. Most of my recipes use pressure cook, slow cook, air fryer etc so you can still make the majority in that model. I hope that helps and thanks for watching my videos

Is there a reason why my eggs keep coming out not runny? I do low pressure natural release and on seal. For some reason the steam doesn’t pump out like it does when on delayed release. Not sure if that’s normal or not but yeah my eggs keep coming out boiled to the max and hard

Natural release is very long and slow so they will keep cooking during that time. You want a quick release so it’s fast and stops the cooking for a soft/runny/jammy egg

Do you put it on seal for when pressure cooking the eggs?

Hi, Yes you need to put the pressure valve on seal for all pressure cooking so the pot can reach pressure
